Terms of Use

Last updated: 23 November 2025

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SingleEyeVPN website at singleeyevpn.com and, once launched, the SingleEyeVPN mobile applications (together, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SingleEyeVPN is intended to provide a simple, pay-as-you-go VPN service to help protect your internet connection, especially on public and untrusted networks (such as hotel, airport and café Wi-Fi).

Details of passes, pricing and features may change over time. We will aim to keep the information on this website accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is always error-free or up to date.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement in your country to use the Service. By using SingleEyeVPN, you confirm that you meet any age or other legal requirements that apply where you live.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, abusive or harmful purpose. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Violating applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringing the rights of others (including copyright or privacy).
  • Sending spam or malicious traffic.
  • Attempting to interfere with or disrupt networks, systems or services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe it is being used in ways that violate these Terms or create risk to others.

4. Accounts and passes

Once the apps launch, certain features may require you to create an account and purchase time-limited passes (for example, 24-hour, 3-day, 7-day and 30-day passes).

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity that occurs under your login. Please choose a strong password and keep it confidential.

5. Payments and refunds

Passes and subscriptions for the mobile apps will typically be processed through the relevant app store (such as Apple’s App Store). In those cases, the app store’s own terms, conditions and refund policies will apply.

We intend to keep passes clear and simple: you pay for a specific period of access; when that pass expires, your access stops unless you choose to buy another pass.

6. No guarantee of anonymity

A VPN can improve your privacy and security, especially on public networks, but it does not guarantee complete anonymity or protection in all situations.

You remain responsible for your own online behaviour and for understanding the laws that apply to you when using the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The SingleEyeVPN name, logo, design, and other content on this website are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them in a way that suggests endorsement or creates confusion without our permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as SingleEyeVPN evolves. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice, for example via email or in the app.
